Xyla was founded in 2017 in Royal Oak, MI. Today our team is fully remote, ranging from Metro Detroit to New York to San Francisco.
Gabe Kwakyi

CEO
As an experienced mobile marketing thought leader, Gabe's expertise guides the Xyla product roadmap and go to market strategy. Gabe has authored over 300 blog posts and one book on digital marketing, and has managed marketing strategies for some of the largest apps in mobile. In his spare time Gabe reads novels, writes essays and dreams of traveling the world by motorcycle.
Gregory Klein

CTO
Greg's background in engineering ranges from building a homegrown Pythonic data warehouse and automation toolset to mobile app development. He has bridged the gap between software development and business needs since Xyla's inception. Outside of work, Greg is authentically passionate about music theory and composition.
Oliver Jiang

Director, Finance
As Xyla's director of finance, Oliver brings a wealth of financial modeling and analytics expertise to heading up Xyla’s financial and business strategy. Before Xyla, Oliver worked in financial services and corporate development helping clients and his team identify and solve business problems. When not working, Oliver likes to indulge his interests in zoology and botany and explore the outdoors.
Nikolai Wasielewski

VP, Customer Success
A certified Agile Practitioner, Nikolai coordinates across teams to ensure that value is continuously being delivered to Xyla’s customers. Whether it be intel on new features or innovative insights, Nikolai is here to provide the highest quality of service. His interests include spatial design, apparel upcycling, and yoga.
Jake Bone

Product Manager
Jake has been a member of the Xyla product team for the past year and a half. In that time he has worked on products ranging from automation engines to website UX, and everything in between. In his spare time he organizes a Dungeon & Dragons group.
Mike Swierenga

Front End Developer
Mike is a software engineer building applications across the universe. He enjoys seeking the balance between possibility and practicality, learning new ways of solving problems, and discovering patterns that are hidden beneath seemingly unrelated ideas. He prefers pragmatism over perfection, but loves when the two are aligned.
Leif Meyer

Back End Developer
As a Back End Developer, Leif shapes the flow of data through Xyla's beautiful interfaces. Leif takes pleasure from pushing the limits of clarity and usability and bringing new evolving architectures to life, while also honing his technique and devising tools for the mobile community.
